Entry level position within Data Integrity Group.
Assists in the review, enrichment and validation of data (property, organization, contact and transaction) within CBREâs enterprise database.
Interacts with and assists local market research in a variety of support roles
Picks up basic data analysis, validation and programming skills to assist other Analysts and Research Manager on special projects
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Geography, and preferably at least one-year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Ability to effectively present information.
GENERAL PROPERTY AND ORGANIZATION KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of property, organization and transaction terms.
Ability to perform basic calculations like percentages and unit of measurement conversions.
Conducts basic property and organization research and analysis.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents and summarize graphically and in writing.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of data.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.
An attention to detail is critical in many of the tasks required.
Possess a positive work attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
