The Walla Walla Union-Bulletin has an opportunity for a part-time human resources manager.
Position is for 20-hours weekly and serves as the primary HR staff for the busy community newspaper.
Position is a key participant on the leadership team, with responsibilities including employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment and selection.
If you are the right person you will have a strong generalist background in HR, be flexible, organized and detail oriented.
You'll have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter and one who continuously seeks opportunities to improves processes and contribute to company strategy and operations.
Three to five years of strong generalist and/or HR management experience is required.
A bachelor's degree, PHR or SPHR is strongly desired.
